There is a 10 minute late policy for our services. If you are late, the barber has the right to adjust the service as able to fit in the remainder of time, or has the power to cancel and rebook the service.
For no show's, there is a 100% service charge for inconvenience.
Due to the nature of a private salon suite, there is only a small seating corner available in the physical suite. Please be mindful if there is a service in progress.
There is extra seating at the entrance to Sola, near the elevator and scattered benches throughout the hallways themselves, including one right in front of the suite for your convenience.

Policies
Terms and Conditions:
Memberships entitle the member to the weekly or bi-weekly cuts offered under the specific membership chosen. There are no contracts involved. Payment for memberships is required on the day of sign up.
If services are not used up for that month's period, services will roll over and are forfeited if not used within 30 days. This policy also applies to membership cancellations. In the event of membership cancellation, any unused services will remain available for redemption up to 30 days after cancellation.
Payments will be automatically charged monthly until the member requests cancellation or cancels via the booking application. Members are considered "active" if all monthly payments have been collected and there is no termination, freeze, or suspended note on the account.
There are no refunds. Refunds may be considered if there was a system error.
A membership does not guarantee appointment date or time availability. Service booking is done on a first come, first serve basis. Members are encouraged to book in advance to take advantage of membership benefits.
